Our Classes


Subscriptions £24 per month for one class per week. £32 per month for two classes per week.  Classes are recorded for you so that you can enjoy or catch up over the following 7 days.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time giving 7 days notice.

If you are unable to attend a class, we’re unable to refund you, however, you will receive the class recording to use over the following 7 days to catch up.

Live Zoom Yoga Class

YIN YOGA & YOGA NIDRA. Tuesday. 7.45pm to 9.00pm - 75 minutes class.

Live Yin & Nidra via Zoom in the comfort of your own home. Often considered a more meditative style of yoga. This is a slower paced, relaxing and restorative class. Postures are practiced either seated or lying down on the mat. 

We use pillows/cushions/bolsters to support the body as we hold the postures a little longer to enable the tendons, ligaments and deep fascia of the body to benefit; leading to increased flexibility and more stability in the joints.

Followed by a sumptuous Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) which helps promote a good nights sleep! Suitable for ALL LEVELS, including beginners. This class is perfect for those who wish to benefit from yoga to the MINDBODY with a gentle and deep practice.

HATHA YOGA. Thursday. 10.30am to 11.30am - 60 minutes class

Traditional live Hatha Yoga via Zoom with the comfort and convenience of your own home. Practising Asana (yoga poses) Pranayama (conscious breathing) Meditation and Relaxation.

This class aims to release tension and stress, ease anxiety and help you feel more relaxed, positive and energised.  From a physical perspective your body will benefit with increased muscle strength and tone, increased flexibility and improved respiration, energy and vitality.  

This class is suitable for ALL LEVELS including beginners and is great to help set you up for the day!

Private 1:1 Yoga sessions - 60 minutes.

Can be taken online via Zoom or in person at The Yoga Cabin, Burntwood, a peaceful and tranquil location.  Ideal if you need yoga to fit around your personal schedule, or to gain initial experience in a safer environment for beginners.  Sessions are tailored to suit your personal goals or needs. 


Private yoga sessions are perfect for you to feel more comfortable and less self conscious and can help to reduce anxiety without triggering other stressors. 


Yoga session includes TREY.


Investment: £45 per 60 minutes session.

Mind Over Matter

Perfect to help you start your yoga journey, or refresh if it’s been a while since you’ve practiced.

Consists of 2 x private 1:1 bespoke yoga sessions lasting 75 minutes (can be taken online via Zoom or at the The Yoga Cabin, Burntwood) plus one month Zoom yoga providing 8 classes in total.

Investment: £99 (saving £13)
